The service technician was very knowledgeable about the system. He investigated the cause of the trouble notifications and corrected the problem. He was very energetic and completely investigated the system to make sure everything was working correctly. He will be returning to replace some defective components.

Don, the installation guy who came today was great. He was knowledgeable, competent, and very personable. He took care of installation and taught me everything both on panel and the phone app.

My technician was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the difficulty I was experiencing and took care of it very quickly.
I would also like to add he was very respectful of my property and any concerns I might have with my system.

Been with Guardian for awhile, had a service call and it was awesome! The person who came out was John Fay, he was super knowledgeable and a master of his craft.

June1,2026 at 10am i just had 2 of your technicians at my house.They arrived about nine fifty , and they left my home at 11:05 so they were here about an hour setting up a camera , and with a new key bob for my home , they did an excellent job , Anthony J. and Mark, Anthony has been to my home 3 × 2 install cameras. The keypad for me and he does a magnificent job. He is the best and I express to the guy that was working with him. The other technician that he has the best guy training him so I just hope that he continue to do well.I appreciate his work.
